Hi, I'm Jia, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer dedicated to helping women become stronger, healthier, and more confident through personalized fitness coaching.

Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle building, body toning, improving strength, enhancing posture, or simply creating a healthier lifestyle, I'll design a training program tailored specifically to your needs, fitness level, and lifestyle. Every woman has a different goal, and I'm here to help you achieve yours in a safe, sustainable, and enjoyable way.

My coaching philosophy goes beyond simply counting reps or burning calories. I believe that quality movement is the foundation of long-term results. By focusing on proper movement patterns, technique, and body mechanics, you'll not only see better progress but also reduce the risk of injury and build strength that carries over into your everyday life.

To make fitness as convenient as possible, I offer flexible personal training options:

  • Door-to-door personal training — I come to your home, condominium gym, or preferred training location, allowing you to train comfortably without the hassle of travelling.
  • Training at my place — If you don't have access to a gym, you're welcome to train at my condominium's gym, PM me for more!

With experience coaching women of different ages and fitness levels — from complete beginners to those looking to take their training to the next level — I understand that every fitness journey is unique. My goal is to provide not only effective workouts but also the guidance, accountability, and encouragement you need to build lasting habits and achieve real, sustainable results.
